It is not a Forms question - I'd rather say it is related to migration from lotus approach into an Oracle database (I've heard of "Lotus", but "approach"? Is it a product name, or is approach ... well, approach?).

it's a product in lotus like lotus 123 and lotus wordperfect, it's a ibm product and approach is database tool manipulation in lotus, and it can manipulate .dbf, dbase extension file.
And, you right about lotus migration to oracle but it concerned form because i do this with oracle form.

If may be easiest to dump the images to file (not an Oracle issue) then use sql loader.
